We take great care in creating and packaging each handmade item. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or fault

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Handmade & Art Disclaimer

Please note:

  • All items are handmade, and slight variations in colour, texture, or design are part of their unique character

  • Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings

These variations are not considered faults.
